Planning again.

This is where impatience gets me every time…. I’ve placed the Nutrisystem order and now I wait.

I’ve been checking out the forums for recipes and ways to improve the meals that are on their way. I hope the stuff arrives in the next few days and I’ll have a meal plan for the first 4 weeks set in place.

I’m bound and determined to lose this 20 pounds in 12 weeks. That’s about a pound and a half a week. No problem. Right?

I decided to do a recreational triathlon in June. This is a bit crazy given I don’t run, I don’t own a bike and since I started smoking again, I have trouble swimming without breaks.

I calendared my gym workouts for the week and I found a plan for triathlon gym training so I want to add that in to the mix as well. As long as I make it most of the time, I think I will be in good shape.


Nutrisystem

I will probably regret this, but I just ordered a month of Nutrisystem to give it another try. I will let you know.

At least as far as fitness went, we won’t talk about the other stuff that happened…

Two trips to the post office plus the Insanity workout at the gym translated into 15,372 steps, 6.36 miles, and 2,762 calories burned!

That insanity workout was a challenge. I will need some more items for my gym bag to make it. Being a mother of 6 has some downsides as far as jumping ability goes.

Today’s plan (maybe) is Zumba.

How how many day ones can there be?

Starting 31 days of no drinking and prep for no smoking….

I looked at my calendar for the upcoming work week from hell and plugged in 6 days of workout times. Some of the times are really early (which I hate). I’m going to make myself stick to it!


I’m a habitual planner and now I need to be a habitual doer…

So I like to make plans to do stuff, like go to the gym or golf once a week or whatever and this year I need to make the commitment to following through.

I have to be healthier and happier.

Monday – tennis with the kids
Wednesday – run with my friend
Thursday – golf lessons
