yesterday was a good day!
At least as far as fitness went, we won’t talk about the other stuff that happened…
Two trips to the post office plus the Insanity workout at the gym translated into 15,372 steps, 6.36 miles, and 2,762 calories burned!
That insanity workout was a challenge. I will need some more items for my gym bag to make it. Being a mother of 6 has some downsides as far as jumping ability goes.
Today’s plan (maybe) is Zumba.
