Green Potato Soup
Friday, January 25th, 2008I finally made a soup I can eat. 1/2 Russet Potato (peeled) 3 celery stalks 1/4 sweet onion 3 asparagus 3 kale leaves Chop every thing small so it cooks quickly. Simmer for 20- 30 minutes. Puree. Spice as desired.
