Feels good

I over slept and did not start P90X this morning like I planned but I did make it to Zumba after work which was fun.

I am struggling with food today though. I have done well on my calories, but I am really hungry.


Monday was a good day!

So, I was a little worried about yesturday as Monday is bowling night, where I normally eat a cheese burger and fries at the lanes for dinner and drink 3 beers (a lot of calories!!).

Last night, I had a can of Progresso Light Chicken Noodle soup before I went and I drank 32 oz of water while I was bowling.

On the down side, I had a meeting run long so I did not got to aerobics at 4:30 like I planned. But, I think I am getting sick, so maybe that is for the best.

Well, I am either experiencing extreme ovulation or appendicitis. My left side began hurting last night and still hurts. I cant’ even make it to church! Ouch. I don’t usually get cramps, so we’ll see…

I made a financial decision to drop the gym unless I go at least 5 days per week in January. My gym is pretty spendy and I am tired of wasting my money.

I created a workout schedule a while back and I intend to follow it! Basically, I want to do P90X 6 days a week in the am and the gym 5 days a week after work. Tomorrow is day 1 of this challenge.

I love the new year full of hopes, dreams, and new beginnings! I have high expectations for 2010 and look forward to making some of my dreams come true.

On the health front, I have made a few goals for the year. I want to get fit and in shape.

I may work on my list and try to get it posted on here.

I don’t know why I did it, but I drank nearly a whole bottle of pink alcohol! What an idiot. I don’t even want to know how many calories are in there. I guess I shouldn’t have written that I was going to quit drinking because sure enough I have done the opposite.
