Monday was a good day!
So, I was a little worried about yesturday as Monday is bowling night, where I normally eat a cheese burger and fries at the lanes for dinner and drink 3 beers (a lot of calories!!).
Last night, I had a can of Progresso Light Chicken Noodle soup before I went and I drank 32 oz of water while I was bowling.
On the down side, I had a meeting run long so I did not got to aerobics at 4:30 like I planned. But, I think I am getting sick, so maybe that is for the best.
