Body Makeover

Tomorrow is the day! I am starting the Body Makeover class again. I was doing so well during the pregnancy and after, but now I am just a mess.


Thinking about doing 21 days again…

I’m thinking about fat flushing again. It was hard the first time, but it worked and I need something to clear my mind. I’ve been going to the gym 3-5 days a week, but it’s not enough.


Struggling

I’ve been struggling with my ability to find motivation. I don’t know if it’s the weather or what, but I lack any desire to move forward.

I have been going to the gym and that feels great.

I felt pretty good today. I made it to church, made it to knitting, got my kitchen floor swept and mopped and the microwave cleaned.

Tomorrow I will meet with my personal trainer and hopefully get a game plan together for the upcoming season. I look forward to re-joining the body makeover in June.


Body Bugg SP

I got the new Body Bugg SP but I’m not having luck with it. I can’t seem to keep it connected to my phone. I find this extremely frustrating. I have no idea what my calorie burn has been!

On Monday I meet with my personal trainer again and will Tao about getting back into the body challenge. It’s really spendy, but I think worth it. I need to focus on food this month. I should really try the South Beach diet again. I have the books and there’s no real reason not to do it. My family could use some healthier meals as well.
