Tomato Cilantro Soup

2 Celery Stalks 1 parsnip peeled 1 leek 2 Roma tomatoes 1/4 teaspoon oregano 1 Tablespoon cilantro distilled water Cook till tender and puree. 1 medium Zucchini 1/4 C chopped onions 1/4 C chopped sweet peppers garlic, oregano, basil, thyme and rosemary to taste enough distilled water to cover veggies Put it all in your crock pot and cook it.
