Really?!?

I can’t believe it’s been so long since I posted! What a year it has been. Lost 25 pounds, started smoking again, finished the BMO program at the gym and re-found my love for swimming. My goals for 2013 are to lose the last 15 pounds as re-quit smoking… Stay tuned.

I’m thinking about fat flushing again. It was hard the first time, but it worked and I need something to clear my mind. I’ve been going to the gym 3-5 days a week, but it’s not enough.
