Well, since I can’t go to Hawaii and do a 10 day tropic cleanse, I have decided to do the South Beach diet. I’m going to make the whole family do it with me since I am the cook! Wish us luck.

Okay, I found a nifty photo editor for the iPad so I could do side by sides of this week’s work.

Got the other counter done tonight. This includes the window sill and window case! Awesome. The bad news is the window sill is pretty rotty from years water splashing.

Got one of the counter tops cleared….(except for the husband’s corner which I gave up on years ago)
