it’s my anniversary!

I just noticed that today is the 7 month anniversary of my tobacco quit! Here’s my quit meter:

I quit for 7 Months, 3 hours, 50 minutes and 25 seconds (214 days) ago. I have saved $1,102.91 by not smoking 4,283 cigarettes. I have saved 2 Weeks, 20 hours and 55 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 6/17/2007 8:00 AM

Wow! Boy does time fly. I can’t say I am completely over it, but I definitely think about smoking less and less.

    Congratulations on 7 months smoke-free! I quit 6 years ago and can tell you that it does get a lot easier after the first year. There’s no way I’d go back to smoking now. Stay strong. I’m curious where you got your stats from, is there a calculator on the web or something?
