Day 2

Yesterday was pretty tough. I had an acai super antioxidant smoothie for lunch at the Jamba Juice, which isn’t exactly on the detox plan. I did manage to make a somewhat edible soup for dinner. I did not eat the yummy looking chips and dip, even though I really really wanted to, nor did I finish off the macaroni and cheese (which is my favorite thing) that the kids did not eat.

Today I am beat. Despite my best snooze alarm efforts, I managed to get to the gym by 5:45 am. I am now sipping my berry drink and tea and praying for this day to end soon so I can go back to bed…
