it’s a new life
I’ve been going to the gym everyday and it feels pretty good. On Monday is step, Tuesday is weight training, Wednesday is water aerobics, Thursday is weight training again, Friday is step aerobics and Saturday is dance groove. Too fun. I didn’t make it last Thursday, but I think 5 out of six days is pretty darn good. I was going to wait and weigh in only on Monday’s, but I got inpatient and weighed this am….I was down 4 pounds! I am excited, even if it’s not that big of a victory, it’s still a victory.
