So, I know what you’re thinking….184.5 is almost where I started. I have nothing to say for myself except, I suck. I let my busy life get the best of me and I cheated and cheated and cheated some more. For example, not only did I not eat OP, I ate out every day last week for lunch — twice at Applebee’s — and not even the Weight Watchers entrees.
I have reached an all time low. I feel fatter that ever before. I can’t even fit into my fat skirts I bought at the beginning of summer because I couldn’t fit into my clothes then. This has just gotten ridiculous. I spend $60 per month on a gym membership I haven’t used. I spent +/- $300 month on food I haven’t eaten.
I have picked out my food for the upcoming week and I am committed to going to the gym every day.
