Day 3 has been tough
It’s not that I’m hungry so much as I crave meat and rice and a cocktail. My soup turned out ok, in fact two of my boys ate it for dinner as well (!). I just do not do well with self deprivation.
My results are okay so far. I was down almost 4 pounds today which is pretty awesome.
The best part of the diet today was probably my juice this morning (?). I used 6 carrots (probably needed several more) and about 1/2 inch of ginger. It was really good!
Also, I am really enjoying my morning walk. While I hate waking up so early, I’m finding that it is really a mood booster and is totally helping my step count.
