Day 2 complete
I spent the day pretty grumpy! I couldn’t get any energy and was tired. But, for some reason by 8 pm I got a second wind. I don’t think I have really made any progress as far as weight loss is going, but I guess I do feel a little better about bloat and gross.
Juice today was pretty good:
1 Apple
1 celery stalk
1.5 handful of greens
.5 cucumber
I also got a crock pot of veggies and spices together so I can add water and put it on to cook.
1 onion
6 carrots
10 or so celery stalks
Plus a spice blend:
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons fine grain sea salt
I’ll add water in the morning and about an hour before eating, I will add a bunch of kale.
