Day 4
It’s day 4 and am feeling better than I did yesterday, but still tired. I got home from the gym at 6:50 am and really wanted to go back to bed, but now that I am showered and dressed, I have a bit of energy. Today’s focus will be to drink more water. I usually drink at least 64 oz of straight water a day, but I have not been doing that the last few days.
One thing I have noticed is how cold I’ve been. I am normally cold, but am much colder while detoxing. I wonder if this is normal?
Today’s workout was a 1.5 mile walk on the treadmill and upper body. I was only going 3 miles per hour, but I was sweating! Yikes. I am really liking the training book, for such little effort, I am already feeling results.
