Yesterday turned into something of a disaster. I bought this drink in the fruit section that I thought was some kind of organic tea but it was actually fruit juice with fermented crap and it made me terribly ill. At that point, I decided to have a little real dinner, which caused a few things: 1) I felt better after that nasty drink; 2) I felt guilty because my gal pals doing it with me did not cheat (that I know of); and 3) I worried about the weight gain repercussion.
I made the resolve to finish out the week with no more cheats. Since it didn’t seem to affect the goal (which truth be told really only added a few hundred calories to the daily total for a grand of 800 calories versus 400) I won’t beat myself up.
Today I will break out the juicer and make a yummy cucumber, celery, apple concoction. I might also throw in some carrots since that’s supposed to be good for acne, which by the way, seems to have cleared a little.
