Day 1 continued….
I’m getting ready to go bed which means I have completed a whole day.
I feel exhausted. I did the barre class at the gym this morning as well as took the baby swimming which may have been a bit much. I am not going to rebound. Too tired.
I got one berry drink and one essential greens down plus I had a green smoothie from Jamba Juice (I know, it has fruit, but since it’s all fresh, I think it will be okay – it’s not like I ate anything…) with a flax booster. I also made some decent soup, but I didn’t eat much of it.
The book says if you’re not doing it to lose weight, then you can have a protein drink and I think I will definitely need to do that when I work out.
I am so looking forward to going to sleep!
