Decent start
I had a decent day despite a few set backs. When my alarm went off at 5 am, I knew there was no way I was going to get up so I just didn’t. I needed the sleep!
At lunch I made a good choice and went with a salad and I made it to the gym as promised and did step aerobics followed by 5 laps in the pool followed by bowling league. I did have a burger, fries, and 2 beers which was a no no.
I started my to-do/goal list also which is pretty focused.
