Day 3
I am so tired it’s unbeleivable. I went to bed at 8 pm last night and woke up off and on throughout the night. By the time my alarm went off this morning, I felt like I had just fallen asleep. I nearly passed out running and I can tell it’s going to be a struggle to get through this day as I am exhausted all ready.
I made some broccoli soup last night that was okay until I added a little ground flax seed. I don’t know what I am going to do tonight as I am out of soup stuff other than kale and green onions. I wonder how that would taste?
Along with tired, I am grumpy and it’s hard to stay focused and be nice. I just really want to crawl in my bed and stay there. I am so glad today is Friday! I have book club tonight though, so I will need to stay awake and take some tea with me or something so I can avoid the goodies.
My weight progress is good though, I feel slimer in the middle which is what I need.
