I’m a loser and not in a good way

So…this summer I paid for 17 weeks of WW at Work and went to 8 meetings. I swore I would take the alli pills I bought, and missed so many weeks (4) that I was locked out of myalli and had to re-join. I guess on the upside though, once I stopped going to WW, I lost 4 pounds.

I am not going to join anymore programs. I am going to start logging my food in the Diet & Exercise Assistant (which I had not done since September 21st). According to that, I need to keep my calories to about 1100 per day, and that’s what I am going to focus on.
