new strategy
all right, I joined peer trainer thinking that I could use some one-on-one accountability. the site’s premise is that you join groups of up to 4 people and everyday you post to the “log” and share your food/exercise and notes. I also joined spark people which is another motivational site.
I feel like I have to many things going on and it is causing me to feel overwhelmed which in turn causes self sabotage.
the good news is that I am not gaining weight despite all the crazy things I have been consuming.
