So much has changed….

I should be surprised that over a year and a half has gone by! But, I guess I am not. The last few years have been fast paced! I had a major setback in 2020 and I am going on an AIP Protocol in the hope of sending it into remission.

I am not sure how much energy there is, but this seems as good of place as any to journal…
