30 day challenge
I’m making another go at a 30 day challenge. This gives me a month to lose my short-term goal of 15 pounds. I think it’s doable if I stick to the work outs, eat reasonably, and stay away from alcohol. I am combining it with a 1200/500 calorie day on/off diet and 21 Day Fix workouts. I found a daily planner and have mapped out the food and workouts for the month, along with my 30 day Spring Cleaning Challenge.
I’ll take measurements tonight.
