One of these days…

I have got to get myself together. Honestly, I do not know what is wrong with my brain.   I have completely gone off the rails

Tomorrow is always a new day though, right?

Plans: do 21 day workouts. Every day. I start tomorrow. On February 22nd, start a new round of 21 pounds in 21 days.  Theoretically, I can lose 30 pounds by mid-March. Wouldn’t that be nice?

Oh, and, NO ALCOHOL.
