Day 2 – Purium cleanse

Day 1 was okay. I did feel hungry pretty much all day and had some flex foods – celery, cucumber and half an apple. None of these things are my favorites so in all very unsatisfying.

The products aren’t too bad but I literally choked down the last 5 Master Amino Acids. I picked up some coconut milk for the Fiber Blend and it wasn’t awful but not great either.

Loss: 1.6 pounds
