Here we go!
Well, it’s the night before I start my cleanse… I’m getting pretty excited. Tomorrow is my birthday, so it’s probably not the BEST day to begin such a thing, but I guess there’s not good day. Since I’ll be having birthday dinner two of two today, and tomorrow I’ll be too busy anyway with kid stuff to celebrate, it should work out. Also, by starting tomorrow, I’ll be done before the weekend before Christmas and the last of the holiday parties.
I’ll post measurements tomorrow.
In other news, I started my 30 days of drinking a gallon of water a day. It’s not so easy to get that much water in. Well, I shouldn’t say that… It’s really just 4 32 oz bottles a day. I’m not sure if I’ve seen any good effects yet given that it’s just day 3, except for the fact that I’m in the BR a lot more. Stay tuned.
