running

So, I have been trying to become a “runner” all summer. I downloaded a couple of couch to 5k podcasts and have made a half-hearted effort to run three days a week, but today, I am signing up for a running group at the running store across from my office that will meet 3 nights a week for 14 weeks. I think this will do the trick because I tend to be more motivated when I have signed up for a class and paid money for it. It culminates in a 5k run.
