Better…

I made much better choices yesterday than the 2 days before. Except for the super yummy gluten free peanut butter and jelly chocolate bar thing, I wasn’t too bad! I was under my calorie goal.

I’m currently on the lookout for a new bicycle saddle and a phone mount. I took a ride around the lake again today and I made much better time, but a new saddle would really help.

Just a quick edit to say that I did p90x3 today. It was hard, but not like p90x is hard. I love the 30 minute format. I plan to do the 90 day challenge!
