points

I have been eating somewhat normal and boy does it use a lot of points. If it weren’t for the fact that I wen to the gym every day, I’d be out of control on the point chart!! Next week I’ll do better. I don’t know what I’ll do in DC and NY?? Yikes. I understand we eat ab buffets a lot. This sucks on all sorts of levels, but I have vowed to do my best.

Monday is weigh in day, and I am actually excited. I can tell I have been making changes and despite the arrival of you know what, AND my stack of points, I am hopeful for a loss. I wish they’d done measurements because I think that’s where my most success will be.
