figure it out

I don’t know why I can’t figure this out. I seem to self sabotage when it comes to weight loss. I will do ok for a while and then just flip right back in to the old bad habits.

I took advantage of this long weekend to catch up on the pile of magazines I haven’t gotten around to reading (dating back to the August issues!!). I read a few publications each month regarding healthy eating and weight loss. One theme ran strong through each magazine “women should only have one or two alcoholic drinks, if any, per day”. This is tough as I like to have a beer or two (or more). I think this is one of the main causes of my obesity.

We’ll see if it makes a difference.
