We had steak, salad and wild grain rice.  I used a tiny plate.<\/p>\n<p>I also took an hour long bike ride around the lake.  It was about 9.22 miles from door to door and I was exhausted by time I got home!  But, it was so worth it.  I am really looking forward to every bike ride!<\/p>\n<p>Today, I decided to swim as my workout.  I am going to use my new Garmin Swim!
