I had an egg sandwich again this morning.  Yum.  I am am up a pound and 1\/2, which is sad for me, but I think it has more to do with women&#8217;s issues than diet, because I have been eating smart.  <\/p>\n<p>I realized how committed I am to this when I made NS pasta primavera last night and it was awesome!
