My new swim lap counter arrived last week and I can&#8217;t wait to use it!<\/p>\n<p>Today was not so great on the plan.  I indulged in a few mimosas and also took an allergy pill so I was knocked out for about 5 hours.  This caused me to miss lunch and the midday shake plus I ate a couple of chucks off the honey roasted ham so I was totally off plan.
