Especially this time of year when, hot off the tail of Halloween, we have five birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas.<\/p>\n<p>Well, this year, I have managed to not eat even one piece of Halloween candy, or even one bite of pumpkin pie, and I only had two small bites of one of the birthday cakes.<\/p>\n<p>Cool, right?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So, I thought I should share some recent non-scale victories that have occurred over the last few months rather than more Debbie Downer posts.
