What my problem is, of course, my birthday is coming up. I always get a little crazed about my weight around my birthday. I’m already feeling buyer’s remorse over the Purium Cleanse. I’ve done a cleanse before. It sucked. Why couldn’t I talk myself out of it? Who knows. <\/p>\n

I am, however, excited about the epothcherry stuff as several of the reviews I saw talk about how it really helped people with their sleep problems. I have terrible sleep problems. I can’t fall asleep and I can’t stay asleep. <\/p>\n

Well, the current plan is to really focus on Nutrisystem over the next 9 days and then do the cleanse for 10 days and then finish the month of Nutrisystem. I’m going to cancel my subscription for now.<\/p>\n

Keep tuned in to see results. I will admit I saw excellent results on the last cleanse and pretty much everyone I see who has tried this also had good results. Obviously you’re going to lose weight with such severe calorie restrictions. Since I plan to keep with the gym, I will be adding the suggested extra 300 calories per 1\/2 hour of work out.
