Why?  I don&#8217;t know.  Self-sabotage maybe?  Once again, a month has gone by, I have been crazy in overindulgence and I have not been exercising like I should.  <\/p>\n<p>Also, as I was sitting here trying to decide if I was going to go out to lunch or eat the crap I have here, I calculated how much I spend eating out and it is pretty insane.  If you calculate the amount in cigarettes as well, it goes to astronomically insane.<\/p>\n<p>Must. Do. Better. And Try.
