July is over&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I didn&#8217;t realize it has been so long since I posted&#8230;. Probably because my diet is totally tanked. In July I gained 8-9 pounds and lost back 6-7. I put my Nutrisystem order on hold because I am so behind I had a whole months worth practically on the shelf. I also took a couple weeks off the gym. It pretty much sucked.  I hope I am not the only failure out there because that would be just too much to bear.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I came here to talk about the weekend.  <\/p>\n<p>What I did do:<\/p>\n<p>1) worked on my scarf<br \/>\n2) shampooed my upstairs rugs<\/p>\n<p>What I did not do:<\/p>\n<p>1) ride my bile<br \/>\n2) swim at gym<br \/>\n3) any of my homework<br \/>\n4) paint my living room<br \/>\n5) any of the other items on my to-do list<\/p>\n<p>Ho hum&#8230;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I didn&#8217;t realize it has been so long since I posted&#8230;.
