The good thing about this is that I meant to get in the step class at 6 am and run after but I slept in instead and rather than skip it all, I forced myself to stop at the gym on the way home.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;d call that progress. <\/p>\n<p>On the foot front,&nbsp; I have decided to go to the doctor.&nbsp; My son has been having the same pain in his foot and the doctor diagnosed home with&nbsp; prominent accessory navicular.&nbsp; He has to see an orthopaedic surgeon. My pain has gotten worse rather than better so I&#8217;m wondering if I have something other than planter fasciitis. I&#8217;ve just been ignoring the pain, but I&#8217;d rather not have to deal with it at all.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was able to get in a run this morning and a step class this evening.
