it’s that time of year again

The end of the old year marks the time for making resolutions and plans for health and wellness starting in the new year…. So, that’s what I have been doing. Deciding what my plans are for getting fit in 2010.

My husband and I had been doing really well with our P90X a while back, but one thing led to another, and well….it’s been a while. On Tuesday, I will be starting that up again. I will also be scheduling the 4:30 gym classes on my calendar so there will be no excuse not to go.

Food and alcohol are my down falls. I need to quit drinking. I believe that would cut a number of pounds right away. I am going to give myself a 30 day challenge and cut out alcohol for 30 days and see what happens.

I am not going to focus so much on what I eat, but I am going to watch what I eat. I think if I boost up my burn, the intake will naturally diminish and I won’t have to stress myself out so much about it.

EDIT: Okay, so having been totally inspired by http://www.myallnaturalweightloss.com/ and the incredibly detailed to-do list she made for herself last year, I am going to begin workingon mine post haste. I love to-do lists. I love any kind of list really. I need to make myself an inspirational list….. Maybe I will renew my search for a wordpress plugin for that purpose.
