slump

I just read that it takes about 3200 calories to gain one pound. This means I have been eating a lot of calories because I have GAINED weight these last few weeks. I have made the decision to quit drinking alcohol as I am positive that the beer is contributing to the weight.

A few weeks ago, I bought The Fat Flush Plan plus The Fat Flush Cookbook plus The Fat Flush Journal and Shopping Guide (Gittleman). Don’t know what this will do, if anything, but I thought I would try it.
