journey

I know that “it” works. NutriSystem works. Weight Watchers works. Reduced calorie food plans work. I realized long ago that I am what does not work. I get what needs to be done and then I do the exact opposite. Oh, I’ll do okay for a day, maybe two, and then I will self-sabotage. I want to be a success story. I know I can lose the weight, it’s easy, right? Just watch the calorie intake, lay off the beer, and get to the gym every day.

I need to get there mentally.
