another day

I’ve been really busy these days with life and work. Once again I am way (way) off track with my diet and exercise. My back has been really bothering me lately which has made it hard for me to want to get to the gym and work out. I have also been reverting to my old bad habit of crazy eating/drinking and completely not worrying about my intake. I don’t know why I sabotage myself like this?
